These SMS Terms describe how Jon Hegreness (Jon Hegreness, PLLC), Arizona license BR540940000, operating through Howe Realty, sends text messages to people who opt in on azhomesearchcentral.com or who give consent by phone or in person.
Who sends messages

What messages you may receive
If you opt in, you may receive text messages about your real estate request, including:
- New listings that match your search criteria or saved search
- Appointment reminders and showing confirmations
- Follow-ups related to a home you asked about, an offer, or a transaction in progress
- Market updates you asked to receive by text
Messages are sent by Jon personally or through systems Jon controls for his real estate practice. They are not sent by unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, your search criteria, and how you interact with Jon. You might receive a few messages in a week during an active search, or fewer when you are not actively looking.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Jon does not charge a separate fee to send or receive these texts.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of future texts. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further marketing texts unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to work with Jon by phone or email.

How to opt in
You may opt in by submitting the form at /sms-signup, by checking the SMS consent box on a lead form where offered, or by giving verbal consent to Jon by phone or in person. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Checkboxes on web forms are never pre-checked.
Phone number retention
Your mobile phone number is retained for the duration of an active client relationship or until you opt out, whichever comes first. Jon keeps consent records as required for carrier and regulatory compliance.
No resale or sharing for third-party marketing
Jon does not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. Service providers (for example, CRM or messaging platforms) may process your number solely to deliver messages Jon sends on your behalf.
